A Very Good experience to buy oil for my car.. thankyou guys for putting oilin my car.. I had a sore hand and no problem to help me . They even supplied the funnel and Smiles.

No idea why these guys claim they will help fit the parts you buy from them. 3 stores in the last 3 days and each had an excuse as to why they couldn't help. Final straw today when they told me they were too busy because they had a store renovation sale on. Not one customer in the store or a car in the car park.

Bought a couple things at around 3:30pm today and the lady serving me on the front counter was probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had at supercheap auto. She was helpful, quick, kind, enthusiastic, and just had such good vibes and service. Made up for the rest of the store service being a bit mediocre

Zeyk and PJ helped me with fitting some new headlight globes. They might be the most helpful blokes I’ve ever met. I came in with a job that was way too hard for me to fix but they tackled it with humour and a smile. Good service is not dead. Thank you!
